Technical feedback
For protocol behavior, include the network, software or client version, transaction or block identifier when public, and the conditions under which the behavior was observed. Never email a seed phrase, private key, password, or authentication code.

Identify the material, the page where it appears, the rights holder, and the requested action. We may ask for information sufficient to verify authority to act for the rights holder.
